胰酪大豆胨液體培養(yǎng)基TSB胰酪大豆胨液體培養(yǎng)基[TSB]配制方法:稱取本品30.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量],微溫溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。

Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal[大豆木瓜蛋白酶水解物]:3.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]:5.0g
Dextrose•H2O [一水合葡萄糖]:2.5g
Dipotassium Phosphate [磷酸氫二鉀]:2.5g
pH7.3±0.2[25℃]
The preparation method of TSB liquid medium: 30.0g of the product was weighed in 1L distilled water or deionized water [the amount of preparation can be increased or reduced in proportion], dissolved at micro-temperature, separated and sterilized at 121 C for 15 minutes.
