醋酸鉛培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)配制方法：稱取本品3.55g于100ml蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿部而凝固，冷至50-55℃，加入1支20104[無菌10％醋酸鉛溶液]，搖勻，制備斜面。
