SCDLP瓊脂基礎(chǔ)配制方法：稱取本品46.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中需添加1支20107[吐溫80]，加熱溶解,分裝，121℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,備用。

SCDLP agar basic preparation method: Weighing 46.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water to add a 20107 [Tween 80], heating dissolution, sub-packaging, 121 C high pressure sterilization for 20 minutes, reserve.
