鳥氨酸脫羧酶試驗培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品14.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝小試管，每管滴加0.5ml液體石蠟，115℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，備用。

Peptone[蛋白胨]：5.0g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]：1.0g
L-Ornithine[L-鳥氨酸]：5.0g
Bromcresol Purple[溴甲酚紫]：0.016g
pH6.8±0.2[25℃]
