亞硒酸鹽胱氨酸培養(yǎng)基的配制方法:稱取本品23.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，分裝，沸水浴15分鐘，不可高壓滅菌。

Sodium Phosphate\磷酸氫二鈉：10.0g
Sodium Selenite\亞硒酸鈉：4.0g
L-Cystine\L-胱氨酸：0.01g
pH7.0±0.2(25℃)
