2×YT培養(yǎng)基的配方配制方法: 稱取本品31.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，備用。

Pancreatic Digest of Casein/胰酪蛋白胨：16.0g
Yeast Extract/酵母浸粉： 10.0g
Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉：5.0g
pH7.0±0.2 (25℃)
2 x YT medium formula preparation method: the product is called 31.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heated and boiled to complete dissolving, packing, sterilizing at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes.
