SS瓊脂配制方法:
稱(chēng)取本品58.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘,冷卻至50—55℃傾注平板。

Peptone 蛋白胨：5.0g
Beef Extract 牛肉浸粉：5.0g
Bile Salts No.33號(hào)膽鹽：3.5g
Lactose 乳糖：10.0g
Sodium Citrate 檸檬酸鈉：8.5g
Sodium Thiosulfate 硫代硫酸鈉：8.5g
Ferric citrate 檸檬酸鐵：1.0g
Neutral Red 中性紅：0.025g
Brilliant Green 煌綠：0.00033g
Agar 瓊脂：17.0g
pH7.0±0.2（25℃）
