Pfizer腸球菌選擇性瓊脂配制方法:

稱取本品57.8g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Yeast Extract 酵母浸粉：5.0g

Sodium Chloride氯化鈉：5.0g

Bacteriology of bile

細(xì)菌學(xué)用膽汁：10.0g

Sodium Citrate檸檬酸鈉：1.0g

Ferric Ammonium Citrate

檸檬酸鐵銨：0.5g

Aesculin七葉苷：1.0g

Sodium Azide疊氮化鈉：0.25g

Agar瓊脂：15.0g 　

pH7.1±0.125℃
