兔血漿(檸檬酸鈉) 纖維蛋白原( RPF)瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法:
稱取本品63.0g于900ml蒸餾水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,冷至50℃,無菌操作每100ml培養(yǎng)基中添加1支20808(亞碲酸鉀2.5mg)、1支20806(兔血漿)、7.5ml牛纖維蛋白原溶液和2.5ml胰酶抑制劑,輕輕搖勻傾注平板。⑴牛纖維蛋白原溶液:取5g牛纖維蛋白原溶于100ml蒸餾水中,0.22um無菌濾膜過濾除菌。⑵胰酶抑制劑:取30mg胰酶抑制劑于30ml蒸餾水中,0.22um無菌濾膜過濾除菌。

63.0g in 900ml distilled water, heat and boil to completely dissolve, pack, sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes. After sterilization, please shake it evenly to prevent agar from depositing at the bottom of the utensils, freezing to 50, and adding 1 20808 (potassium tellurite), 1 20806 (rabbit plasma), 7.5ml in aseptic operation for each culture medium. Bovine fibrinogen solution and 2.5ml trypsin inhibitor, shake gently and pour into the plate. (1) bovine fibrinogen solution: 5g bovine fibrinogen was dissolved in 100ml distilled water, and 0.22um sterile filter membrane was used to remove bacteria. Trypsin inhibitor: take 30mg trypsin inhibitor in 30ml distilled water, 0.22um sterile filter membrane filtration bacteria removal.
