配制普通肉湯培養(yǎng)基簡單步驟，配制方法:
稱取本品30.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量）,加熱溶解，分裝試管，121℃高壓滅菌30分鐘,備用。

Peptone 蛋白胨 20.0g
Beef Extract 牛肉膏 5.0g
Sodium Chloride 氯化鈉 5.0g
pH7.5±0.1(25℃)
Preparation method:
This product is called 30.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced proportionately), heated and dissolved, packed in tube, and sterilized at 121 for 30 minutes.
