慶大霉素瓊脂基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基的配制方法:
稱取本品56.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，冷卻至50—55℃，每100ml培養(yǎng)基中添加1支20543，混勻，傾注平板。

Sodium Sulfite（亞硫酸鈉） 3.0g

Sodium Chloride（氯化鈉） 5.0g
Sucrose（蔗糖） 10.0g
Agar（瓊脂） 15.0g
pH 8.4±0.1（25℃）
Preparation method:
