改良 Y 培養(yǎng)基的配方
配制方法:
稱取本品67.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水
中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱煮
沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻,以防瓊脂沉淀于器
皿底部而凝固,備用。

Sodium Chloride(氯化鈉) 5.0g
Lactose(乳糖) 10.0g
Sodium oxalate(草酸鈉) 2.0g
Sodium Desoxycholate(去氧膽酸鈉) 6.0 g
Bile Salts No.3(3號(hào)膽鹽) 5.0g
Sodium pyruvate(丙酮酸鈉) 2.0g
Rose Bengal(孟加拉紅) 40.0mg
Hydrolysis of Casein(水解酪蛋白) 5.0g
Agar(瓊脂) 17.0g
pH7.4±0.1(25℃)
Formulation of modified Y medium
Preparation method:
