Ferric Ammonium Citrate 
(檸檬酸鐵銨)                                           0.5g
Sodium Thiosulfate(硫代硫酸鈉)         0.5g
Phenol Red(酚紅)                              0.025g      
Agar(瓊脂)                                            12.0g
