胰酪胨大豆瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品44.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。
Trypticase Soy Agar Medium Formula[配方]： g/L
Pancreatic Digest of Casein（酪蛋白胨）：17.0g 胰酪胨 15.0g；
（物料配比以GB4789.14-2014 蠟樣芽胞桿菌檢驗為參照作出調(diào)整。）
Sodium Chloride（氯化鈉)：5.0g
Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal（大豆蛋白胨）：3.0g
Dextrose（葡萄糖）：2.5g
Monopotassium Phosphate（磷酸二氫鉀）無水磷酸氫二鉀：2.5g
Agar（瓊脂）：14.0g
pH7.3±0.2(25℃) pH7.2±0.2
The preparation method of soybean agar agar medium: called 44.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil to completely dissolve, pack, sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes, and shake well after sterilizing, in order to prevent agar from depositing at the bottom of the utensils.
