胰酪胨大豆瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法:稱取本品44.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,備用。

Pancreatic Digest of Casein(酪蛋白胨):17.0g 胰酪胨 15.0g;
(物料配比以GB4789.14-2014 蠟樣芽胞桿菌檢驗為參照作出調(diào)整。)
Sodium Chloride(氯化鈉):5.0g
Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal(大豆蛋白胨):3.0g
Dextrose(葡萄糖):2.5g
Monopotassium Phosphate(磷酸二氫鉀)無水磷酸氫二鉀:2.5g
Agar(瓊脂):14.0g
pH7.3±0.2(25℃) pH7.2±0.2
