產(chǎn)品用途：用于設(shè)備、車間、人員、包裝材料等表面微生物的測定
組成成分：蛋白胨10克；牛肉浸粉3克；氯化鈉5克；瓊脂15克；蒸餾水1000毫升、pH7.3±0.1
貯藏條件：225℃避光保存
有效期限：180天
使用方法：
1、從冷藏柜中取出接觸皿，并恢復(fù)至室溫。
2、將包裝整體送入取樣地點，在此過程中逐步去掉外面兩層包裝，最后一層真空包裝在操作間打開。
3、打開接觸皿上蓋，使培養(yǎng)基充分接觸待測表面，必要使用手指輕輕按壓接觸皿底部中心約10秒，輕輕抬起，將上蓋從接觸皿一側(cè)小心蓋上。
4、在接觸皿磨砂區(qū)域標記取樣地點、取樣時間和取樣人。
5、用消毒劑或殺孢子劑擦拭測試區(qū)域，以消除培養(yǎng)基的殘留。
6、將接觸皿從潔凈室取出，按規(guī)定的溫度和時間倒置培養(yǎng)。
7、觀察、計數(shù)。
產(chǎn)品性能指標：
1、外觀：淡黃色、培養(yǎng)基凸出接觸皿邊緣適當高度、表面平整、無裂痕、無肉眼可見雜質(zhì)和氣泡。
2、理化：pH合格，凝膠強度500650克/cm2。
3、無菌性和持水性：3035℃，培養(yǎng)5天，無細菌生長，培養(yǎng)基無明顯失水現(xiàn)象。
4、生長試驗：接種大腸埃希氏菌ATCC25922、銅綠假單胞菌ATCC27853、枯草芽孢桿菌ATCC 9372、金黃色葡萄球菌ATCC25923、白色念珠菌CMCC(F)98001、黑曲霉CMCC(F)98003分別50100CFU，生長良好且菌落直徑和菌落特征典型。
注意事項：
1、本品經(jīng)高壓滅菌、無菌灌裝及輻照滅菌，若使用前接觸皿已經(jīng)干裂或染菌，請勿使用。
2、開封后未使用完的接觸皿需及時密封并至于冷藏柜中保存，避免干裂和染菌。
3、在冰箱中儲存時間過久或溫差較大的情況下，接觸皿會出現(xiàn)部分冷凝水，若較多請在潔凈環(huán)境下將水傾出，并于培養(yǎng)箱中放置一段時間，待其表面干燥后再使用。
4、本品為一次性使用產(chǎn)品，使用后應(yīng)高壓滅菌后丟棄。
5、僅用于工作區(qū)域表面微生物檢測。
6、本品僅限中國大陸銷售。
Usage:
1. Take out the contact dish from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature.
2. Send the whole package to the sampling site, and gradually remove the outer two layers of packaging in this process. The last layer of vacuum packaging is opened in the operation room.
3. Open the top cover of the contact dish so that the medium can fully touch the surface to be measured. It is necessary to gently press the bottom center of the contact dish with your finger for about 10 seconds, gently lift the top cover and cover it carefully from one side of the contact dish.
4. Mark the sampling place, sampling time and sampling person in the contact dish scrub area.
5. Wipe the test area with disinfectant or sporicide to eliminate the residue of the culture medium.
6. Remove the contact dishes from the clean room and culture them upside down at specified temperature and time.
7. Observation and counting.
Product performance Indicators:
1. Appearance: light yellow, medium protruding contact dish edge with appropriate height, smooth surface, no cracks, no visible impurities and bubbles.
2. Physicochemical: pH qualified, gel strength 500650 g /cm2.
3. Sterility and water holding capacity: 3035℃, culture for 5 days, no bacterial growth, no obvious water loss in the medium.
4. Growth test: Inoculated with Escherichia coli ATCC25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27853, Bacillus subtillariae ATCC 9372, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, Candida albicans CMCC(F)98001, aspergillus Niger CMCC(F)98003, 50100CFU, respectively, with good growth and typical colony diameter and colony characteristics.
Notes:
1. This product is sterilized by high-pressure, aseptic filling and irradiation. Do not use it if the contact dish has been cracked or infected with bacteria before use.
2. Contact dishes that have not been used up after opening shall be sealed in time and stored in the refrigerator to avoid cracking and contamination.
3. If the storage time in the refrigerator is too long or the temperature difference is large, part of condensed water will appear in the contact dish. If there are more, please pour out the water in a clean environment and place it in the incubator for a period of time.
4. This product is disposable and should be discarded after autoclave.
5. It is only used for microbial detection on the surface of the working area.
6. This product is only sold in mainland China.
