Fluid Tetrathionate Medium Base Preparation method: Weigh 46g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced in proportion), heat and boil for 1 minute, cool to 25℃, add 20315 (iodine solution), 20316 (0.1% brilliant green solution) each in 100ml, use hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to 7.2±0.1, mix and pack.
