Routine Broth Medium For the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.
Preparation method: Weigh 30.0g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced proporproporously), dissolve with heat, subpack in test tubes, autoclave at 121℃ for 30 minutes, and set aside.
