強化梭菌瓊脂配制方法:
稱取本品50.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝。121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷卻至50-55℃，視情況每升可添加0.02g多粘菌素B。

Preparation method of enhanced Clostridium AGAR:
Weigh 50.0g of the product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, then pack into separate containers. Pressure sterilizing at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cooling to 50-55℃, 0.02g polymyxins B can be added per liter as appropriate.
