pH7.3±0.2(25℃)
去氧膽酸鹽瓊脂配制方法：稱取本品45.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘，冷卻至50—55℃傾注平板。

Preparation method of deoxycholate agar: 45.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, stirring, boiling and dissolving for 1 minute, cooling to 50 - 55 C pouring plate.
