木糖賴氨酸去氧膽酸鹽瓊脂的配制方法:稱取本品55.2g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），攪拌煮沸1分鐘使完全溶解,冷卻至50—55℃傾注平皿。

酵母浸粉：3.0g
L-賴氨酸鹽酸鹽：5.0g
木糖：3.5g
乳糖：7.5g
蔗糖：7.5g
去氧膽酸鈉：2.5g
檸檬酸鐵銨：0.8g
硫代硫酸鈉：6.8g
氯化鈉：5.0g
酚紅：0.08g
瓊脂：13.5g
pH7.4±0.2(25℃)
