腸道菌增菌液體培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品45.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量]，沸水浴煮沸30分鐘，冷卻至常溫備用。

Pancreatic Digest of Gelatin[明膠胰酶水解物]：10.0g
Dextrose [葡萄糖]：5.0g
Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate•2H2O [二水合磷酸氫二鈉]：8.0g
Monopotassium phosphate[磷酸二氫鉀]： 2.0g
Bile Salts[牛膽鹽]：20.0g
Brilliant Green [亮綠]：0.015g
pH7.2±0.2 [25℃]
