胰化大豆堅(jiān)固綠瓊脂配制方法：稱(chēng)取本品40.25g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量]，加熱溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于底部而凝固，傾注平板。

Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal[大豆蛋白胨]：5.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：5.0g
Strong Green[堅(jiān)固綠]：0.25g
Agar[瓊脂]：15.0g
pH7.3±0.2[25℃]
Preparation method of pancreatized soybean solid green agar: weigh 40.25g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or decrease the amount of preparation in proportion], heat dissolve, pack, high pressure sterilization at 121 C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar from depositing on the bottom and solidifying, pouring into the plate.
