藥典 tsa配方 ,胰酪大豆胨瓊脂培養(yǎng)基TSA干粉配制方法：稱取本品40.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量]，加熱攪拌煮沸至完全溶解，分裝121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Pancreatic Digest of Casein [胰酪胨]：15.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]： 5.0g
Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal[大豆木瓜蛋白酶水解物]：5.0g
Agar[瓊脂]：15.0g
pH7.3±0.2[25℃]
The preparation method of TSA dry powder of pancreatic cheese and soybean Peptone Agar Culture medium: weigh 40.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or reduce the amount of preparation in proportion], heat and stir to boil until completely dissolved, separate into 121 C high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, so as to prevent agar from depositing in the bottom of the vessel and solidifying, reserve.
