酪胨-大豆卵磷脂-吐溫20液體培養(yǎng)基基礎配制方法:稱取本品25.0g于960ml蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量],每96ml培養(yǎng)基中添加1支20106[吐溫20],48-50℃水浴30分鐘溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。

The basic preparation method of casein-soybean lecithin-Tween 20 liquid medium: weigh 25.0 g in 960 ml distilled water or deionized water [can increase or reduce the amount of preparation in proportion], add 1 2006 [Tween 20], dissolve in water bath at 48-50 centigrade for 30 minutes, separate and sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes.
