TGC液體培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品28.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量]，煮沸溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌后迅速冷卻，備用。

L-Cystine[L-胱氨酸]：0.5g
Sodium Thioglycollate[硫乙醇酸鈉]：0.5g
Yeast Extract[酵母浸粉]：5.0g
pH7.1±0.2 [25℃]
TGC liquid medium preparation method: weigh this product 28.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can be increased or reduced in proportion to the amount of preparation], boil and dissolve, sub-pack, high-pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 15 minutes, quickly cooling after sterilization, reserve.
