改良TGC流體培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品30.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量],加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后迅速冷卻，備用。
TGC Medium without Indicator ,Fluid Formula[配方]： g/L
Peptone[蛋白胨]：17.0g
Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal[大豆蛋白胨] ：3.0g
L-Cystine[L-胱氨酸]：0.25g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：2.5g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]：6.0g
Sodium Thiosulfate [硫代硫酸鈉] ：0.5g
Sodium Sulfite[亞硫酸鈉]：0.1g
Agar[瓊脂]：0.7g
pH7.1±0.2[25℃]
The modified TGC fluid medium preparation method: This product is called 30.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can be increased or reduced proportionately in proportion], heated and boiled to complete dissolving, packing, sterilizing at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes, and cooling quickly after sterilization.
