藥敏試驗(yàn)瓊脂配制方法：稱取本品38.1g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量]，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，115℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，滅菌后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉淀于器皿底部而凝固，備用。
Sensitivity Disk Agar Formula(配方)： g/L
Acid Hydrolysis of Casein[酸水解酪蛋白]：16.5g
Heart Extract Powder[心浸粉]：3.0g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]：2.0g
Soluble Starch[可溶性淀粉]：1.5g
L-Tryptophan[L-色氨酸]：0.05g
L-Cystine[L-胱氨酸]：0.05g
Biotin[生物素]：5μg
Agar[瓊脂]：15.0g
pH7.3±0.2(25℃)
Preparation method of drug sensitivity test agar: call this product 38.1g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or reduce the amount of preparation in proportion], heat and boil to completely dissolve, pack, sterilize at 115 centigrade for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar from settling at the bottom of the utensils.
