培養(yǎng)基 R(乳糖亞硫酸鹽培養(yǎng)基)配制方法：稱取本品20.3g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，8ml/支（含杜氏小管）,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后每支試管分別加入新鮮配制的過濾除菌的0.5ml焦亞硫酸鈉溶液（12g/L）和0.5ml檸檬酸鐵銨溶液（10g/L），當(dāng)天使用。（資料來自：青島日水生物）

胰酪蛋白胨：5.0g
酵母浸粉：2.5g
L-半胱氨酸鹽酸鹽：0.3g
乳糖：10.0g
氯化鈉：2.5g
pH7.1±0.2(25℃)
