改良胰蛋白胨大豆肉湯（mTSB）基礎(chǔ)干粉培養(yǎng)配制方法：稱取本品33.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水
中（可按比例增加或減少配制量）,加熱溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷至50-55℃每225ml培養(yǎng)基中添加1支21601，備用。資料來自青島日水生物培養(yǎng)基。

pH7.4±0.2(25℃)
