改良胰蛋白胨大豆肉湯(mTSB)基礎(chǔ)干粉培養(yǎng)配制方法:稱取本品33.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水
中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷至50-55℃每225ml培養(yǎng)基中添加1支21601,備用。資料來自青島日水生物培養(yǎng)基。
