DNA酶試驗(yàn)瓊脂配制方法:
稱(chēng)取本品42.0g緩緩加熱溶解于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（避免形成不溶性絲狀物），116℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷卻至50℃左右時(shí)，傾入無(wú)菌平皿中。

Tryptone（胰蛋白胨：15.0g
Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal
（大豆胨：5.0g
Sodium Chloride（氯化鈉：5.0g
Calcium Chloride （氯化鈣：0.02g
DNA ： 2.0g
Agar（瓊脂：15.0g
pH7.3±0.2（25℃）
Preparation method:
42.0g slowly heating dissolved in 1L distilled water or deionized water (to avoid the formation of insoluble filaments), 116 C sterilization for 15 minutes, after sterilization, please shake well in order to prevent agar from depositing at the bottom of the vessel and solidified, cooling to about 50 C, into a sterile flat dish.
