3%氯化鈉堿性蛋白胨水配制方法:
稱取本品40.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，微溫溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌10分鐘,備用。

Peptone（蛋白胨 10.0g
Sodium Chloride(氯化鈉 30.0g
pH8.5±0.2(25℃）
3% sodium chloride alkaline peptone water preparation method:
The product is called 40.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water. It is dissolved in small temperature and packed separately. The product is sterilized at 121 C for 10 minutes.
