配制方法:
稱取本品16.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量)，加熱煮沸
至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘, 冷至50～55℃，無菌操作添加過濾除菌的抗
生素溶液（如卡那霉素100mg/L）,混勻,分裝備用。

Preparation method:

Until completely dissolved, repackaging, 121 ℃ high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, cold to 50 ~ 55 ℃, adding sterile filtered antibacterial resistance
Raw solution (e.g. kanamycin 100mg/L), mix well, separate and set aside.
