培養(yǎng)基的配制方法:
稱取本品4.53g于100ml蒸餾水或去離子水中，添加1支21702（甘油）,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固。

Preparation method:
Said the 4.53 g amount of this product in 100 ml of distilled water or deionized water, add 1-21702 (glycerin), heat to boil until completely dissolved, 121 ℃ high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, please shake after sterilization, to prevent AGAR deposited on the bottom of the vessel and solidification.
