沙氏葡萄糖瓊脂培養(yǎng)基SDA氯霉素配制方法：稱取本品65.1g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉淀于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Mixture of Peptic Digest of Animal Tissue
and Pancreatic Digest of Casein [1:1)[動物組織胃蛋白酶水解物和胰酪胨等量混合物]：10.0g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]：40.0g
Chloramphenicol[氯霉素]：0.1g
Agar[瓊脂]：15.0g
pH5.6±0.2[25℃]
Sachs glucose agar medium SDA chloramphenicol preparation method: 65.1g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heated and boiled until completely dissolved, sub-packed, high-pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 15 minutes, after sterilization, shake well, in order to prevent agar precipitation in the bottom of the vessel and solidification, reserve.
