瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法:
稱取本品6.5g于100ml蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷至50-55℃，加入一支21114，輕輕搖勻，備用。

Peptone（蛋白胨） 10.0g
Dextrose (葡萄糖) 40.0g
Agar（瓊脂） 15.0g
pH5.6±0.2（25℃）
Preparation method:
