磷酸鹽緩沖液pH7.2配制方法：稱取本品41.06g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解，作為貯存液。取貯存液1.25ml,用蒸餾水稀釋至1000ml，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。
pH7.2 PBS Broth Formula[配方]： g/L
Monopotassium phosphate[磷酸二氫鉀](méi) ：34.0g
Sodium hydroxide[氫氧化鈉]：7.06g
pH7.2±0.1[25℃]
Phosphate buffer pH 7.2 preparation method: weigh this product 41.06g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heated and boiled until completely dissolved, as a storage solution. Take the storage liquid 1.25ml, dilute it with distilled water to 1000ml, separate it, and sterilize it for 15 minutes at 121 C, standby.
