pH7.2磷酸鹽緩沖液干粉培養(yǎng)基的配制方法：稱(chēng)取本品41.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解，作為貯存液。取貯存液1.25ml,用蒸餾水稀釋至1000ml，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。
