TTC營養(yǎng)瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品33.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。
TTC Nutrient Agar Formula[配方]： g/L
Peptone[蛋白胨 ]：10.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉] ：5.0g
Beef Extract[牛肉浸粉]：3.0g
Agar[瓊脂]：15.0g
TTC[TTC]：0.01g
pH7.3±0.2[25℃]
TTC nutrient agar medium preparation method: take this product 33.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, sub-packed, high-pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 15 minutes, after sterilization, shake well, in order to prevent agar deposition in the bottom of the vessel and solidify, reserve.
