乳糖 TTC 瓊脂基礎(chǔ)配制方法: 稱取本品53.9g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量）,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷卻至45-50℃時(shí)，每100mL培養(yǎng)基中加入1支20226（0.05%TTC溶液5mL），備用。

Bromthymol Blue/溴麝香草酚藍(lán)：0.05g

Agar/瓊脂：12.7g
pH7.0±0.2(25℃)
