乳糖 TTC 瓊脂基礎(chǔ)配制方法: 稱取本品53.9g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷卻至45-50℃時(shí),每100mL培養(yǎng)基中加入1支20226(0.05%TTC溶液5mL),備用。

pH7.0±0.2(25℃)
