哥倫比亞瓊脂培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)配制方法：稱取本品44.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量],煮沸溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷至50℃,每100ml培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)中添加1支20102[硫酸慶大霉素],輕輕搖勻后傾注平板。

Stomach Enzymes to Digest Meat[肉胃酶消化物]：5.0g

Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉] ：5.0g
Maize Starch[玉米淀粉]：1.0g
Agar[瓊脂]：15.0g
pH7.3±0.2[25℃]
Colombian agar medium preparation method: weigh 44.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or reduce the amount of preparation in proportion], boil and dissolve, pack, high-pressure sterilization at 121 C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar deposited in the bottom of the vessel and solidified, cold to 50 C, add 1 for every 100 ml of medium foundation 20102[gentamicin sulfate], shake gently and pour into the flat.
