哥倫比亞血瓊脂基礎(chǔ)配制方法:
稱取本品47.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷卻至44-47℃,添加5-7%無菌脫纖維羊血,輕輕混勻,傾注平板。
