哥倫比亞CNA血瓊脂配制方法:
稱取本品42.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量）,加熱溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌12分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷卻至50℃左右時，加入50ml無菌脫纖維綿羊血，傾入無菌平皿中。

（胰酪蛋白胨：12.0g
Enzymatic Digest of Animal Tissue
（動物組織消化物：5.0g
Yeast Extract（酵母浸粉：3.0g
Beef Extract（牛肉浸粉： 3.0g
Corn Starch （玉米淀粉：1.0g
Sodium Chloride(氯化鈉：5.0g
Colistin（多黏菌素；0.01g
Nalidixic Acid（萘啶酸；0.01g
Agar（瓊脂； 13.5g
pH7.3±0.2（25℃）
Preparation method:
This product is called 42.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced proportionately), heated and dissolved, separated and sterilized at 121 C for 12 minutes.
