MUGal 肉湯基礎(chǔ)配制方法:

MUGal(MUGal):0.08g
Dipotassium phosphate(磷酸氫二鉀):2.75g
Monopotassium phosphate(磷酸二氫鉀):2.75g
Sodium lauryl sulfate(月桂基硫酸鈉):0.1g
pH7.1±0.1(25℃)
