結(jié)晶紫中性紅膽鹽-4-甲基傘形酮-β-D-葡萄糖苷瓊脂(VRBA-MUG)用于大腸桿菌平板計(jì)數(shù)。
配制方法:稱取本品44.6g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,攪拌煮沸溶解2分鐘,冷卻至50—55℃傾注平板。

Peptone(蛋白胨): 7.0g
Yeast Extract(酵母浸粉):3.0g
Lactose(乳糖) :10.0g
Sodium Chloride(氯化鈉) :5.0g
Bile Salts No.3(3號(hào)膽鹽):1.5g
Neutral Red(中性紅):0.03g
Crystal Violet(結(jié)晶紫):0.002g
Agar(瓊脂):18.0g
MUG(MUG):0.1g
pH7.4±0.1(25℃)
