EC-MUG培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品37.1g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），微溫溶解，分裝試管,115℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,備用。

3號膽鹽：1.5g
乳糖：5.0g
磷酸氫二鉀：4.0g
磷酸二氫鉀：1.5g
MUG：0.05g
pH6.9±0.2(25℃)
