木糖賴氨酸脫氧膽鹽配制方法: 稱取本品56.93g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘,冷卻至50—55℃傾注平皿。

Xylose/木糖:3.75g
Lactose/乳糖:7.5g
Sucrose/蔗糖:7.5g
Deoxysodium cholate/去氧膽酸鈉:2.5g
Ferric Ammonium Citrate
/檸檬酸鐵銨:0.8g
Sodium Thiosulfate/硫代硫酸鈉:6.8g
Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉:5.0g
Phenol Red/酚紅:0.08g
Agar/瓊脂:15.0g
pH7.4±0.2(25℃)
