木糖賴氨酸脫氧膽鹽配制方法: 稱取本品56.93g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘，冷卻至50—55℃傾注平皿。

Ferric Ammonium Citrate
/檸檬酸鐵銨：0.8g
Sodium Thiosulfate/硫代硫酸鈉：6.8g
Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉：5.0g
Phenol Red/酚紅：0.08g
Agar/瓊脂：15.0g
pH7.4±0.2(25℃)
