亞硒酸鹽肉湯配制方法:稱取本品23.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），微溫溶解，沸水浴15分鐘,分裝，不可高壓滅菌。

磷酸氫二鈉：10.0g
亞硒酸鈉：4.0g
pH7.0±0.2(25℃）
