亞硒酸鹽煌綠增菌液基礎(chǔ)的配制方法: 稱取本品23.9g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解,校正pH，當(dāng)用于干雞蛋白樣品時(shí)，pH8.2±0.1；用于其他干蛋品時(shí)，pH7.2±0.1；用于冰蛋品時(shí)pH7.0±0.1；沸水浴15min，放冷備用。臨用前，每200ml加入一支20316（0.1%煌綠溶液），混合均勻，分裝。備用。

Yeast Extract\酵母浸粉：5.0g
Mannitol\甘露醇：5.0g
Sodium Selenite\亞硒酸氫鈉：4.0g
Sodium Desoxycholate\去氧膽酸鈉：1.0g
Dipotassium phosphate\磷酸氫二鉀：2.18g
Monopotassium phosphate\磷酸二氫鉀：1.71g
The preparation method of the base of selenite green green bacteria: called 23.9g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil to completely dissolve, correct pH, when used for dry chicken protein samples, pH8.2 + 0.1; when used in other dry eggs, pH7.2 + 0.1; pH7.0 0.1 for ice eggs; boiling water bath 15min, cold standby.
