Mueller-Hinton 瓊脂配置方法：稱取本品38.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，煮沸溶解，分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固;若制備MH血瓊脂,冷至50℃左右，無(wú)菌操作每100ml培養(yǎng)基中加入5ml脫纖維羊血，輕輕搖勻，傾注平板。

38.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, boiling and dissolving, packing, sterilizing at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes. After sterilizing, please shake it evenly to prevent agar from depositing at the bottom of the utensils; if MH blood agar is prepared, cold to about 50 C, the aseptic operation is added into the 5ml defibrous sheep blood in every 100ml medium, gently shaking and pouring the flat plate.
