亞硫酸鉍BS瓊脂配制方法: 稱取本品5.03g于100ml蒸餾水或去離子水中，攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘,定容，冷卻至50—55℃傾注平板。建議每次配制不超過200ml，配制后隔夜使用且在3天內(nèi)用完。

Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate

Ammonium bismuth citrate
/檸檬酸鉍銨：2.0g
Sodium Sulfite/亞硫酸鈉：6.0g
Brilliant Green/煌綠：0.025g
Agar/瓊脂：18.0g
pH 7.5±0.2/25℃
Preparation method: the product is called 5.03g in 100ml distilled water or deionized water, stirring and boiling for 1 minutes, constant volume, cooling to 50 to 55 degrees. It is suggested that each formulation should not exceed 200ml, and be used overnight after preparation and run out in 3 days.
